Michigan is going to be an interesting study because we had some new early voting this year. I went on Friday and it was a madhouse. Friends who voted today said there was no wait whatsoever.

My family depends on me sending screen shots from TD updating them on the election.

And I am so thankful both of my children are conservative. My son was at his polling place at 5:30 this morning. It doesnt open till 7, but he works from 10-6 and was worried he wouldnt get there in time to vote so he made the effort to make sure he got it done before.
He said there was about 60 people ahead of him when he got there. He lives in a VERY red part of town.
Really.

Exactly. If (God forbid) Trump loses, this may be the last fun day of this in a while, so they definitely need us to be able to look back and say we at least enjoyed it.

I'm pretty high strung today. Ready to get out of the office and go home. I'm really trying to avoid alcohol these days (for multiple reasons). However, I can't rule out a drink or two tonight.

Of all the dumb shite we do to make voting easier I don’t know why we don’t make Election Day a national holiday so the vast majority of businesses and govt buildings are closed for work or at least open for a half day. We should honestly do this and eliminate mail in ballots except for absentee ballots for elderly and military
