I am slowly opening people up to Old Bay here in South Louisiana.

It is a good product if used correctly.

J O's is excellent, too, but I like Old Bay more.

Haven't found them locally. You can order them for a price via Walmart, but the price is just not right.

They seem to come out seasonally like the McRib. I've seen them in years past on the shelf at my local stores but then they disappear for a year.

I’m curious what these cost if you find them in the store. It’s around $30 for the big gallon size on Amazon. I’m looking at that size because the family is going to the beach in a little over a week. I could also do two of 6.6 oz bags for about $15 which is similar value but half the amount. Should I shop around Baton Rouge or just splurge and have them delivered to the house?

That's way too much. Pretty sure she paid about $4 for the normal size. Keep looking around locally. I think they just came out.
