Cooked on my Traeger. Chunk baby mozzarella, soft bacon and ground elk. fresh chopped parsley. Homemade red sauce similar to Godfathers sauce.

Although I like a lot of different varieties. Now that I think more about it, the Deano's sampler with four different specialties in one pizza would be the choice. T-Rex, Executioner, Hawaiian, and Pizza of the Month if it's good that month.

Lately I've been liking marinara, fresh mozz, thinly sliced salami calabrese, and topped with hot honey after it comes out of the pizza oven.

I vary, but most often I like pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers, onions and extra cheese. Red pepper flakes, freshly ground black pepper and sometimes, a little oregano. I sometimes drizzle olive oil on top.

One of my favorite Pittsburgh combinations when I’m up visiting is hot sausage, mushrooms, & onions. Sometimes with crumbled meatballs. Oh - and always extra sauce.

There's a good place downtown here that does Pizza every day. Big rectangle slices, and I think they always have a three cheese and supreme, but the other two options varied daily. They had one called a T-Bone that I always got when it was an option. Prosciutto, thin sliced potatoes, gorgonzola and rosemary. The potatoes had a little crunch to them. They also did a spinach and mushroom with a white sauce that was great.

Pepperoni and mushroom. If it's a place I know has Italian sausage I like, I'll add that. I can eat pretty much any traditional topping though. Not crazy about onions or olives, but will eat them.
