If you serve fried food, it really needs to be hot.

I went to Raising Canes one time.. I was so pissed about the price VS what you got... That was over 12 years ago... I am sure it was the big meal because I knew I would be at work for 12 hours... I think it was $8 plus... I don't want to know what it costs now..

Ate Canes once, over priced, over hyped.

This is one thing I have never experienced at Cane's. In fact, I usually have to wait a couple of minutes to dig in so I don't burn my mouth.
I actually can't identify with most of the complaints on this board about fried chicken places.

Post Malone Collector's Cups > anything at Chik Fil A

If you ask for extra crispy, I’ve seen them so hot it will melt the container

I eat there maybe once a year, I stopped by the one in West Monroe Tuesday. Terrible, chicken was small and if the sauce got any smaller, it would be in a squeezable ketchup style packet. I don’t get the hype for it, maybe if they came out with a seasoned or spicy tender. The plain flour breading does nothing for me.

Better chicken tenders at any gas station that has a deli.
Cane’s has fooled many a wallet.

Chicken Shack is 100x better, but it requires interacting with blacks so most on here would avoid it

I agree, say 10 years ago.
My last trip a few months ago was not a good experience. Have not gone back since.

Popeyes chicken strips are far superior… even if you have to put up with abuse from their customer service… still better than Canes.
If Popeyes had Chick Fil A or even Canes level customer service they'd rule the restaurant world.
