O&S is probably the longest I spent on a boss as well. But for some reason it never made me mad. My roommate and I would try every day in our dorm and it was fun to see ourselves get closer and closer

I may have messed up. I’m not sure. I want to get my Astrologer up to devestating levels, but runes are hard to come by now (level 48) to level up. Should I concentrate on mind and intelligence?
ETA: I had to level up on strength and dex for the meteoric ore blade and I am going for the Rivers of Blood katana. I also probably spent too much on vigor because I kept dying. I’ve been farming outside of Bestial Sanctum but it’s very time consuming. Anyone know any better spots?

If you want, do some chicken farming.
Do the invasion quest line with white face varre to get the blood medallion. It takes you to one of the late regions where you can range attack a giant chicken and make it jump off a cliff. Its a pretty extreme exploit at your level though. It would take you 20-30 minutes to get about 20-30 levels.

Only requirement is that you had to have beaten Godrick for varre to move from first step to rose church.

Once it's unlocked, this strat is ridiculously fast and easy. I think I'm like level 96 and have only completed one Legacy Dungeon. Very easy to get ridiculously OP. Just waiting on From to patch it so the bird doesn't run off the cliff

I mean you can find areas to farm everywhere. The one I used to get a little OP is the overlook that has two of those suckers just sitting there.

Most all of the NPC's, eventually, have a purpose. I try not to kill them. But sometimes it feels unavoidable. The blacksmith cooking the prawns ate my scythe in my game.

How do you get out of Roundtable Hold to the outside? None of the doors let me out and maybe the messages are blocking them?

Fast travel from the map, per usual. You can eventually open all those doors, but they don't take you outside. There is no "outside" in the round table area. I don't think...

Sorry, not part of the master race. My son is though. And I bet that little shite gets a new gaming PC before I get a new Gen Xbox. Elden Ring looks like shite on the OG X1, but is still fun as hell.

Chicken farm got me to 128 haha. I went south for the first time and demolished everything. Went to the War Dead Ruins in east Caelem and got wrecked lol
