74 at Fox Ridge in Maine. 4 bogeys, 2 birdies. Weather was so much nicer than south LA. Played really well and loved having elevation change on a course for once.

Fought the damn pull hook all day long.

I was in that same funk, off the tee, 3-4 weeks ago. I concentrated on swinging thru, not at the ball. Playing from the fairway the last couple weeks.

Played a 9 hole goat ranch in extreme SW Virginia this morning called Monte Vista. Shot a 40 without making a putt on the mowed weeds w/ a hole. The course was horrible, but the views were great & the people that own it were about as friendly as anybody I’ve ever met. If I get a chance I’d probably play it again just because of those two things.

83 at Pelican Point, gold tees. 3 birdies (I think the first time I've ever had 3 in a round) but of course had to get an 8 on the easiest hole on the course (#5 short par 5) to sabatoge a chance at 80

I quit golf after last weekend and then picked it back up today. Through 17 holes I remembered exactly why I had quit. And then bombed a 3 wood to 4-5 feet off the green on a short par 4, damn near chipped in for eagle and had a kick in birdie from about 6 inches. Now I kind of want to play again. It’s such a dumb fricking game

Finished my August with a 73 (+1) at Copper Mill on Saturday. 3 birdies and 4 bogeys (including a bad bogey on 18 to ruin my chance at even par or better).

How’s the course Kashmir and do you need a tee time?

74 at BC, bogeyed 2 par 5s. One of those rounds where the iron shots I didn’t pure (which was a good bit) were still really good. My most consistent round in a good while.

Holy shite Beaver Creek is in great condition. Almost had the place to myself.

42-43, 85 at BC

2 birdies, 4 doubles

Missed 5 foot putts for bogey on all 4 doubles

First time playing there in about 8 years. I will be back soon. Greens were immaculate. Really enjoyed the round outside of some misreads on short putts

Oh, and it was African hot

BC is easily the best public course in the area right now. Pelican a close second.
