Once he sees our facilities, it's a wrap.
What year is it?
"Facilities" was the WMD in the pre-NIL/transfer era arms race. Now, much like in pro sports, no one really cares much about the facilities. The question is what is the number on the offer sheet?

If they offer him $5 million, they should get him.
For $5 million, he would have to be the perfect quarterback specimen.
He is not. He’s a good quarterback. But he is not the second coming of Joe Burrow. His decision-making and accuracy are both questionable at times.
But, this is the world of college football that we live in. So whatever LSU decides, I’m going to support it.

Tech is my ‘second school’, had a son go there and we live in Texas.
They have great facilities. Lots of money… but their stadium is about like the one in Oxford, MS. No concessions on upper concourses. Everything on ground floor.
4 hours from anywhere.
Great fan base.

Was not overly impressed with him the several times I watched Cincy play this year. Have to trust Kiffin and what they see in him. Maybe he can be outstanding in Kiffins system and with LSU wide receivers.

TTECH hax an unbelievable amount of Oil money! An Alumni with oil money has made it his mission to build an Athletic program unbeatable. He spent a fortune on the Softball program last year. They were awesome!

His girlfriend is going to Texas Tech unless he breaks up he’s probably going to follow her. Undefeated

This is the guy I want but with his GF being there. Him being from North Texas this just feels like we are being used for leverage, hope I am wrong.

I am more concerned he will go NFL at this point
And he absolutely should, I would rather have Chambliss than Mendoza all day long. Is a STUD on the field and seems like a highly intelligent and mature young guy. You can build a franchise around him

I feel like nobody is a consensus want with the fanbase so far

Our youngest and family reside in Lubbock and their fans are indeed passionate. I live in N Texas TTech territory and they are fun to be around.
Last season their HC boasted ' all roads to the NC go through Lubbock '....he is somewhat gooberish, imv
When he said this I told our SIL - a big TTech fan - that it is true...many flight patterns pass right over Lubbock on their way to Tempe, DWF, NOLA and Miami

If tweet fails to load, click here. Hopefully he doesn’t cancel his trip to LSU. I think if we can just get him here, we have a good chance. But they laying it on thick over there

I saw this. They're both Texas kids with about 2 hours between their high schools. I'd assume they have a relationship from that

But we have a much bigger stadium

Tech will do all they can to keep him in Lubbock and not visit LSU but we have to make sure he gets in the building. I believe once he sits in a room with Lane and Charlie Weis Jr and then sees Tiger Stadium and the football ops then he will forget about Tech and tell his girlfriend to come to LSU. Pussy is undefeated so that would be my priority making sure she was happy. Sorsby is the real deal.

I sure hope the situation works itself out. Chambliss is clearly the front runner except for his situation. I’m not sure he gets granted the waiver since it’s taking so long.

I mean, if this kid needs some advice, I know someone else who plays quarterback in Cincinnati that he should speak to.
