*No Coach who helped Old Piss is gonna come back they all regret their decisions...
....They ALL came back.
*No player wants to play for a guy who would abandon his team in the playoffs...

*No QB worth a crap will end up in this class and Kiffin will be playing with some nobody in 2026...
.....3 ELITE QB's in the class.
* OL and CB's are lacking and won't be filled with anybody who matters. There is nobody left in the portal..

Most people in the media are idiots. This just proves it. Also they always to say controversial things to get people talking about them and tune into their show or click on an article they wrote.

You do realize there is a huge difference b/t the media and random internet trolls, right? B/c you put media in your title, then made up quotes where some of those sentiments were probably posted by LSU fans here.

not that the media ever had a ton of integrity but there was a time where investigative journalism was the norm. then came the internet and everything shifted to "first to report", now, its not only first to report, but "shock and awe" even if its 100% inaccurate, and that is where the internet has taken journalism. not an ounce of integrity, clicks for $$.

Sports media personalities are no better than social media influences today. Complete trash out for only themselves and not the story. They become so wrapped up in the perks of the job (access to programs, free meals, coaches/administrators kissing their asses for a better angle, etc). Its a complete farce if we're being honest.

I don’t normally weigh in on things like this, but I was talking to a friend yesterday and this topic came up. So many headlines are fraudulent. The headline makes you click, you read the article and realize that it doesn’t say what the headline implied. Or near the end of the article, there is a line that completely contradicts what the headline stated.
In my opinion the average citizen believes very little of what the media presents. And rightly so…

I still believe if carter didn't piss down his leg and lane coaches the playoff they might be playing for a natty and imo it was their best chance of keeping kiffin. The national media jumped on kiffin which pissed most of us off. What I didn't factor in was the fire they lit under Lane kiffin.. I am truly grateful for the narrative everyone outside of Louisiana spun.

I agree with the OL part, but I believe LSUs secondary is pretty much set with who they want to go with as starters unless you are talking about just bringing in some depth pieces. Because LSUs starting secondary has the potential to be tops in the SEC.
