Lacy has to be reconsidering
I doubt it. I think he was overpaid by probably double what others were offering for a RB.

I think he will be there. And, Ole Miss will be very good because he's there.

But that was the Big 10’s boilerplate agreement. Who knows if others would be effective.
Nobody does. Doesn’t stop people from posting in absolutes

I think he'd be foolish to be there. It's a weak QB draft and we know that a team will reach in the first round to grab a QB.
Chambliss has some impressive film, so he would be better suited to leave because next year doesn't look as weak.

A Podunk State Court in Mississippi is not going to be able to overrule the NCAA. They might get a temporary injunction, but once the NCAA takes it back to Federal Court he will be denied again and that will be the end of it.

All those ole miss players who got caught up in the emotion of the playoff run are regretting re-signing. Any agent worth their salt would have advised them to wait until after the season and not make an emotional decision.

The goal is to get an injunction, who cares if you actually win the lawsuit, they’ll make it drag out and he’ll play while it’s being fought in courts. If he ultimately loses, it doesn’t matter because it’ll probably be after the season is over.

Millions of reasons why he may not be.

Last I checked we didn’t back off he recommitted.
Still not buying that whole we would’ve had to pay his contract to Washington bs. Seems odd they said all of that after the situation ended. Don’t you think they would’ve lead with that before trashing his name and all the nonsense that went on?

Idk about all that I’d say about 10% is more accurate. There is a chance but a very small one.
He’s going pro, OM is just doing the most to prove to their fans they didn’t give up and did everything possible, going to use that to lean into some type of life isn’t fair bs next season.

He’s probably getting a 6-7M check.
It’s not all bad.

The NCAA won’t let it drag out that long. The will file a motion to dismiss long before the season starts or even before the draft. Not to mention he will likely be given a late 1st early 2nd round grade by the NFL and figure why take the chance. The lawsuit has not been filed yet as his own attorney has to wait for him to decide if he wants to or not

He’s not reconsidering the 2.5 million

Too late now in my opinion… LSU has five backs in the fold. We ride with what we have and that is strong!

Good off of Lacy. We’ll roll with what we got Harlem and CD will be an elite duo in this offense. True Tigers

I wonder if the Mississippi judge would delay to issue the injunction until the day before their first game- then it would take considerable time for the court of appeals to render a decision
