Believe Davis was highest graded OL in bowl game.
I don’t think all is lost with Weston, his run blocking desperately needs to improve but his pass blocking isn’t bad. He probably fits more as a LT than at RT

He had good pass blocks reps against Dylan Stewart. He can move.
My concern is his technique just looked so awkward at times that he might just be a guy who was ranked really because the size and athleticism but can’t really play. If he has any hope based on a different coaching environment we’ll know this year.

Our OL haul so far has been very underwhelming. Let’s be honest.

Thank you for consistently trying to be the Debbie downer in every transfer thread.
Of all the times to accuse him of being a Debbie Downer, you choose the time he states an objective fact with no commentary?
Maybe I’ll be accused of Debbie Downery here, but the fact is, this OL as it currently stands is still short on experience and long on questions. Hopefully, Kiffin and company can add more of the former before we wrap things up.

Yes. Admittedly so far I'm worried about the OL.

Good. We need 4-5 more on the OL.

Facts are facts. But Ill add that what we had on the OL outside of Moore….was as about as bad as you could get for a P5 program. So any new additions are welcome to try and improve the OL. Its not like the ceiling is high

But I wouldn't pen him in as a starter
I never said he’d start I said he had a good chance to start at Kentucky next year
The guy he backed up was a SR I believe

Large OT from the state of Michigan. Hell yeah

Yeppp.Got to get to work with some legit dudes! Hope there's some good ones left...I trust Lane will find em though..

He played 18 snaps at RT for Kentucky last year
Not sure as to your point. He’s a true FR. Not many true FR get a run at OT in the SEC.
Our new OL coach recruited and coached him. Seen him up close.
He’s prolly not a plug and play but it’s a good pickup for the OL room.

There is no point, just that he was a RT at Kentucky.

Huge get! Lane will have this offense rolling.

I still maintain we had good young talent in our OL personnel last year, but massively lacked coaching...

Developmental prospect. Unlikely to contribute right away. Kentucky liked him but he didn't see the field this year on a bad OLine in Lexington
