I’ve been all over the country and abroad. Mississippi is one of the worst places I’ve been to. There’s literally nothing there. I mean I’ve even found spots in Kentucky and Wyoming etc to have fun.

Unless mississippi state is throwing you a bag with 6 million in it you never choose them over Oregon if those are the 2 choices.

We might lose him to Oregon, but Miss State, I doubt that seriously.

Hell, he could’ve stayed at Colorado if he liked losing

This was the one player I wanted most. We spent our bags for half a team and we run out of steam. Where was Miami this year? The ship didn’t sink until the end. Miami is a cool place to spend a year with some loot. Cristobal is a good coach.

I follow both programs closely and Steve Robertson has very good sources when it comes to MSU. If he's saying that it is very likely true. He is not Ole Miss media trying to get likes. Believe it or not MSU has money and is offering a lot for him. In the end he may go to Oregon or Miami, but State is definitely in the game for him.

You don’t pay 3-4 million for a one year rental of a left tackle when the rest of your team is MIA. You pay top dollar for a tackle like that when he can put you over the top.

Miss St doesn’t make any sense as a real player.

You don't know how much they've spent in total. On3 has their portal class at 13th. So they are obviously spending money.

If Miss st lands him then more power to him. We all do what’s best for ourselves. Having said that, if he goes to moo st, he won’t be involved in the biggest competitors LSU faces.

It seems he cares more about development and the NFL than he does about winning at the college level.

Nothing wrong with that.

He doesn’t care about development, his uncle cares about getting paid. LSU has had 16 olinemen drafted in the last 10 years, Miss State 5, so it’s not about development if he goes there

I don’t care for Steve but he has good sources most of the time. I know State has given him a good offer. I’m getting the feeling, that our beat writers and fans are getting the Seaton fatigue just like you guys. I wish he would just go to Maryland or go back to Colorado. He has made $ 500K just from visits.

Neither the LSU staff nor the Miss State staff responsible for those numbers are still there, so that’s completely irrelevant. Loadholt at Miss State now coached Seaton at Colorado. Seaton clearly trusts him as a coach. Coaching relationship is also why he’s considering Maryland. If all he cared about was the money, those two schools aren’t even in the conversation.
