Lsu is offering him over a million he signed a Rev share deal with ole miss u retard there is buyout language in it that buyout is half a million dollars or more so if u want him write us a check we will go get 2 more players lol lane doesn’t wanna pay a buyout that’s being widely reported and didn’t expect ole Miss to challenge it !!!! Casual, but that vast majority of Ole Myth fans seem to be.
You have no standing. If there is a buyout and it’s paid, the contract is dissolved. So you have nothing there.
If you don’t enter a player into the portal when requested, it’s an automatic NCAA Violation. NIL deals do no factor into that process at all. Players are not employees, so these deals are for money ONLY.
Lastly, and the death blow, the Wisconsin-Miami case proved these deals cannot hold a player to a school if they want to leave. The Wisconsin player jut un-enrolled from school and left for Miami without ever entering the portal. Miami won in court and the NCAA just sat back and did nothing.
So if he wants to leave, no matter where to, he’s fricking GONE you little bitch. You will either pay out the arse to keep him or you will get the buyout from the school he goes to.
Now fricking seethe over it.
