That’s because Williams had a $4 million buyout tagged to him. LSU was not going to pay Washington $4 million and then the probably $5 or $6 million they offered him to come to LSU.

Princewells buyout is only $300,000 or so. Huge difference.

I think the biggest difference is it would have cost $4,000,000 to buy his contract out. Princewell's is said to be $300,000.
