Start by being retarded. Add to that being on medicaid and other government subsidies. On top of that, add someone who isn't grown enough to consider trying to raise others. Add to that the complete selfishness of not thinking about how your stupidity will effect the child's daily life. Add to that a cultural surrounding that competes w each other on how distinct you can make a child's name, both in sound and spelling.(many think it makes them look intelligent when others can't pronounce or spell the nam)
Thats a basic foundation...and from there, I have no clue.

Big kid, went by Quay. When Freak Johnson declared for the draft, he made a “you got next” type post with Bain in it, and it was crazy how much bigger Bain was than him.
He actually looked promising his RS freshman year, then transferred out and wasn’t really heard from again.
Our DT depth around that time was weird. Guys kept getting in trouble or hurt it seemed.
