Should have stayed. Its not all about ability. Its about maturity. He is a good kid but not a mature one.

I don't give a frick what anyone says teams were told not to draft him or there would be repercussions from Goodell. I mean shite he isn't accused of killing his baby's mom.

There are plenty of divas on NFL teams and his talent is real. You don't just take a much lesser back because one is a nice guy.

Yeah but as far as what is being reported. It doesn't warrant this.

you’d hire an employee that was late to your interview, lied to media about questions asked and acted immature?

If I am an NFL GM I don't pick any of these RBs taken in the second round over him. Yes it's a knock against him but the NFL isnt like a normal company like in your example.

I agree the spread of BS about Guice is not warranted.

BTL- His immaturity showed in his meetings. RB are a dime a dozen. 1st and even 2nd round picks are big investments. I do not blame owners for not wasting money on an immature kid. They will get a steal in third or fourth round.

Hopefully this 3 and done era is over. Bama’s kid even stay.

How do we know for certain he lied about the questions?? Bc the teams didn’t fess up to asking them??

Not showing up to meetings is certainly something to be concerned about, but not this much.

Seems more likely that the NFL got pissed that he exposed their bs interview tactics and this is their “retaliation”

Guice is a record setting back for LSU and is literally getting the shaft.

Kamara was a third rounder.

Maybe those 6 did not show blatant maturity issues.

If I am going to pay you a few millon dollars you better show up on time!!
