No, I think the majority of our fans recognize that BK is shite in openers.

The sarcasm drips from this comment. But, think about this, the Aggies would probably print cups for the opener if the Brad said that about them.

Just a reminder that mock drafts are terrible this time of year.

Best roster we have had since 2019. Hopefully it pays similar dividends.
I still have doubts about the o line, and if that's bad the whole offense will struggle. Hope I'm wrong.

And t-shirts. They would also give Elko a plaque. Maybe even buy a replica CFP trophy to carry around all season. Hahaha

This is kinda dumb. They return most of their team with one of the most talented QBs in the country. Clemson has several players with 1st round projections. If anything, on paper they should be better prepared than LSU because they have less incoming transfer portal guys so their chemistry will be better. Talent wise I doubt you could argue LSU has a big gap on them. They're playoff talented enough just like LSU is.

Do we even know how good Clemson is?
They have a legit stud defensive tackle that could be a nightmare for our interior offensive line. Peter Woods is very good.

Please stop it. Love to hear it. Hate the let down bc we have seen too much rat poison.
You've been around long enough to know that a majority of this board will have convinced themselves that this team could beat the 85 Bears by the time the season kicks off.

Clemson has a very good DL.
LSU will handle that imo. Our OL will be new, but very capable. OL will be really strong, bank it. Spring was keeping everyone involved and happy. Starters will emerge this Fall camp and all five OL will be new starters ( not counting the bowl game). Cohesive play is what they will strive for in camp.
My projection:
LT.. Adams
LG..Curne
C… Moore
RG.. Thompson
RT.. Davis

Which means Nuss needs to learn how to manipulate the play based on the pressure to buy time kinda like Burrow.

Oline is the biggest question mark on the team. Replacing 4 NFL draft picks won't be an easy transition.
Sloan having 4 NFL guys on the line and still not being able to run the ball worries me the most heading into the season

We understand that but some on here are acting like this Clemson team is the second coming of 2019 LSU lol. It’s a little ridiculous actually. I know Clemson will be good and it will be tough to win there but I don’t think they will be as good as those Deshaun Watson or Trevor Lawrence teams

Brand new OL. Unproven WR group without a true WR1. RB room that hasn’t proven much yet and now has a new OL to run behind. QB that won’t run for extra yards but runs sideways on every throw without setting his feet.
A defense filled with transfers.
I hope for the best but people ignore the basic facts this time of year.
