We better figure it out in three weeks.

If our DLine is handling them, imagine Clemson stud DLine.

I think the coaches that know 10000x more than any of use can make a better judgement on who to start and who to sit.

No shite but if everyone had this disposition there’d be no Trant

Yea everybody on this site has watched and been at every practice.Of coarse he should start at guard, true freshman are always the more mature experienced players on the roster.Hold up your hands if you have seen practice and the coaches and the coaches film. What I see no hands. All we are getting is limited film and coverage.

I didn’t say that Curne should start. I said Chester sucked arse last year.

Put him in the power package as a tackle. Everyone is happy.

It's crazy how LSU fans are so easily influenced by what they read on various LSU sites. One person suggested that Carius Curne should start at guard, and now the entire fan base seems to be adopting that idea. Let's allow Brian Kelly and Brad Davis to make the decisions; this topic

The entire fan base seems to be adopting that idea?

Why would anyone on this message board know anything about who should start when we aren't at practice?

dont you know that the 20 minutes worth of practice ,without full pads, that the media gets to see about 4 times a week is enough to decide who should start?

the media did have some extra time to watch practice the other day though

Chester was a huge liability last year and it won’t take long this year for Kelly to realize that Chester just isn’t man enough to start. He will most definitely be a huge liability against Clemson. Kelly really shouldn’t even start him but I know he will. Let’s just hope after Chester gets his shite pushed in for the 3rd straight drive that Kelly acts fast and puts somebody that is capable in there.

The Clemson D line against our O Line with 4 new starters is the reason I think we drop the opener again. Hope I'm wrong.

We surely have someone that’s better. If not it’s an indictment on either the recruiting evals or the coaching.
Yes it is. There is no other reasonable explanation.

The LSU OL Coach seriously needs to be at a SWAC/HBCU school.

He's IN WAY OVER HIS HEAD at the ULSU.

Say what you want, the Proof's in the Pudding.

BTW, I'd start Curne at LG in place of hot garbage Chester. (Yall know Chester is from Georgia, but didn't receive an offer from Kirby Smart/Stacy Searels. There's a reason for that)...............

Y’all do know it’s reported the OL struggling the most is RG … Thompson (transfer).

Curne at RG is a No Brainer.

Why are you assuming their Dline is better than ours. I don’t doubt that Clem’s Dlinenis very talented but maybe, just maybe, one of the reasons our Oline is struggling so much is because our Dline might be back to early 2000’s level good.

It would be extremely foolish not to try Curne at guard.
