When Charlie Alexander came out of LSU, Cincinnati shouldn't have moved him to Fullback.

Dreadlocks of Doom. Not really his fault obviously
Took my daughter to play some tennis last week at City Park. We pulled up to the court we had hit on the day before, and Chad Jones and his family were out there playing too. He went to fetch a ball his kid had rocked into the parking lot, so I took the time to go introduce myself, even calling him Dreadlocks of DOOOOM!! He got a good chuckle on that.
He was as nice as he could be and has an awesome looking family. Very happy to see him out there with his kids, and he is still in great shape and looks like he could light dat arse up at safety or get on the bump with some low 90 LHP action. Ole baw was fluid as frick with his racket too.
He was very nice to take a pic with my daughter as well.

Can’t tell if serious.
Very serious. I thought Dupre would be special. But, I don't follow recruiting like others do..Maybe it was that basketball dunking video of him..Now, they all have a dunking vid.
Trev Faulk was a player I thought would do well in the NFL.

Thought Claude Wroten was gonna beast. He was better than Kyle Williams at LSU who went on to be an all pro and multiple pro bowler

Chad Lavalais from the 03 team. An absolutely devastating DT in college who I thought would turn out to be an NFL veteran.

Hodson
I was at a golf scramble once that had a bunch of LSU players there. Bert Jones looked short standing next to Hodson. I asked Rohan Davey to rub lotion on my legs and he gave me a wtf stare.

On a college level, I though Devin Voorhies was going to be good.

yeah I thought Lav was gonna stick in the league for at least 5 years or so. he played a lot and became a starter for the Falcons his first couple years. then signed with Carolina and fell outta the league.

R. Sheppard seemed to have worked hard at LSU even in LES miles terrible offense and the man has worked even harder to stay in the NFL. Glad it worked out for him in NFL.

Well Beckwith was hurt in his last year at LSU, then started his rookie season and had a decent year.
Then before the '18 season, Lamin Barrow and him were in a car accident that required him to miss the 18 and 19 seasons. The bucs just waived him on a non football injury designation.
Hopefully he gets healthy and can make a come back, dude was a stud at LSU.

I’ll nominate Lavar Edwards, I thought he’d be on a NFL roster for 10 years as a solid reserve

I thought Fournette would finally get his chance to shine but Jacksonville fricked him harder than we did with their offensive system
What system exactly would’ve been better for him?
If anything Jacksonville is one of the few teams left that run a system that makes a player like LF7 a piece of their offense

Michael Clayton had an underwhelming career after a decent rookie season.

Early Doucet and Buster Davis where also underwhelming compared to their production while at LSU. In my opinion.

Jamarcus Russell is the top guy, anyone say anything different and they are dead wrong! First pick in the draft and out within 3 years, and the only reason he lasted 3 years is because he was the first pick in the draft.
Next would be Derius Guice, always hurt and now character issues

To everyone saying Leonard Fournette: I think it is just plain wrong to label him a disappointment.
-He’s only 25 years old and entering his 4th pro season.
-He has 1000+ yards rushing in 2 out of 3 seasons
-19 touchdowns scored in 36 games
-caught 76 passes last year
-1000+ receiving yards in career
*playoffs (3 games): 2-1 record, 242 yards rushing, 4 touchdowns as a rookie on a team that couldn’t pass. He also had 7 catches for 44 yards over 3 games.
2631 yards rushing and 1009 yards receiving in 36 games over 3 seasons. That’s over 100 all purpose yards a game for his career.
All while playing for a dysfunctional franchise in an offense that frequently has not catered to his skill set.
I think LF has been damn solid.

Morris Claiborne was more of a shutdown CB than his cousin Tre'Davious White. White is now an All-Pro while Claiborne is a meh journeyman.

That’s an awesome story and it doesn’t surprise one bit. I loved that guy.
