If we hire Bianco it be to get rid of a guy who couldn't consistently get to Omaha with a guy who outside of once never has been to Omaha. 
I have more faith in Woodward than I did Alleva that Skip won't bully him.

Pardon my ignorance here unlucky tiger,but why make people guess or let them guess? Why not just say what you know,its not like we are gonna be believed if we say anything. Do your sources check your post history or something?

I heard the same rumor about Bianco last weekend from someone here in town. I really hope that it is not true. Bianco is not a championship caliber coach.

If LSU and Skip really wanted Bianco wouldn’t they have hired him in 2006 when he was coming off back to back super regionals with, at that time, an overachieving ole miss club?

While that was impressive what he did, he was in his 6th year at Ole Miss after McNeese. Guessing he didn’t quite have the resumé that could compare to HOF Mainieri.

It would be like Nebraska hiring OSU football coach and him not even remotely fitting in and then gone within 3 yrs. not to mention Pat is 62.

I dont know if there is mutual interest but i know he has been mentioned as a candidate for multiple jobs, wonder if he has interest of getting back in the game
