That's 100% what people from Winnsboro/Baskin/Mangham sound like. It's like time stood still there and they are still the "old south" mixed with country hick.

It's pretty close. This is from 2017 before she was famous. The difference now is that she has had media training and projects her voice better since she is used to being interviewed/Infront of cameras.
