True dat. You haven't beaten Bama until you put a stake through their heart.

Honestly, Milroe can be confused easily but he rarely gets rattled.
I've seen him run right into sacks or throw atrocious interceptions then come right back and throw a dime for a touchdown.
This is why you can't let up if you get up on Bama, see the Tennessee game.
this above is dead on. We will need to have Perkins going after him , If he beats us with a Perfect throw than so be it. We have to get stops to win the game.

I try to avoid dismissing opponents in such ways. Milroe is an elite athlete who could tear through the paper mache defense of LSU. As I said, there is no number of Alabama losses that would leave me satisfied. Indeed, a purgatory of perpetual losses to LSU and every other SEC opponent would not be enough...ever.

Don’t be surprised if Saban does everything he can to run it down our throats. Coaching 101 means trying to keep a great offense off the field. He has proved that he doesn’t need a dynamic QB to beat us.

I agree and believe it is our only chance at victory. Of all our games, to stop Bama offense we have to create more pressure than we have all year and hope TO'S happen for us. Yes, we may get burnt a time or two, but that just gives the ball back to us, and that is better than our offense off the field while Bama just grinds out long drives. I'm hoping we show pressure like the old days and Saban has no answer and Milroe panics.

If we can take away the RB and firce him to make decisions he is a dumbass and they lose

His pocket presence is awful, he doesn't feel pressure or escape from it well at all. Especially when they leave backs and tight ends in to protect
He definitely has very little pocket awareness and is not the slippery elite runner that Daniels is. However, he is really fast if the middle of the D disappears and he takes off in a straight path. So our LBs are going to to have be alert and not get lost doing nothing downfield.

he needs to go high risk, high reward and bring blitzes.
Absolutely. They will burn us, but we'll get some stops which is what has to happen. If we sit back, even this sorry Alabama offense will pick us apart and shorten the game. LSU needs this to be a fast-break type shootout and see if Bama can keep up. Blitz the shite out of them and take the ups and downs that come with it.

He’s pretty bad. He would be 3rd team at LSU
Third behind JD and Nuss would be no shame

We will sack him twice on the first series.

IMO, LSU's best match-up defensively is Perkins one on one with Damion George at tackle. Perk is going to be able to dip and rip around him. Would not be surprised to see a TE help George out.

Tennessee should have been up 21-0 but settled twice for FG in the red zone. First time with 1st and goal at the 5. Second time with 1st and goal at the 9 after the fumble.
Momentum let Bama get a TD but then what should have been 28-7 at half was 20-7.
They let Nama hang around and that is what happened. UT what the bed.
LSU’s offense is significantly more efficient than UTk’s. As others mentioned, if they can execute, it could put Bama in a big hole.

He can look like hot garbage for 5 series and then drop it in the bucket for a 70yd td.
Please God, give me the above Milroe. 5 series of hot garbage then a 70 yard TD, we win with 2-3 stops, much less 4 or 5. You basically just identified every average QB in the nation as even a blind squirrel can find a nut. Please give me 5-1 hot garbage to long TD pass Milroe this Saturday... Please!

250 yrds not going to cut it against JD

Blitz Tigers Blitz! Hopefully they have disguised some corner blitz’s to go along with lb and edge stuff to keep Milton uncomfortable. There will be breakdowns and big plays down field but hopefully enough pressure to get stops. Stay away from prevent packages even in 3rd and long as they haven’t worked for us this year.

I believe he’ll enter the game already rattled. He’s been hearing the name Perkins from his coaches for two weeks now. It’s already in his head. When he hears footsteps, he’ll be thinking it’s Perkins and will do something costly.

Perfect game for Perkins to eat.
