Wade took a program in shambles, as you say LSU was, and made it a winner in a complete turnaround in less than a year. I call BS on that McMahon excuse.

I couldn't care less. Hate the culture around basketball.
Plus LSU only has so much NIL money and I would hate to waste a dime on basketball. Football will need it all.

The difference is The Boss cared about winning and only winning. Our “boss” couldn’t care less if the basketball team ever wins a game or not. To him the basketball team only exists to collect the TV check.

Yet, with those same sanctions and a fraction of the budget, he has more road wins at McNeese in 3 games than McMahon in 1.5 seasons at LSU.
The. “It takes time to rebuild a program” days are over. Turning over 8-10 spots on a college basketball roster is the new norm.
