I feel like there’s going to be a fascinating 30 for 30 on Ed one day… I suspect the national championship will be the start of the downward slide, with the divorce from his wife being the breaking point that sends everything into full blown free fall. He just seems like he very quickly became a very different person. And I’m not sure the direction of that change has him ending in a great spot.

If you realize Ed sees everything from the lens of a frat boy with 3/4 of the normal IQ, it all makes sense.
