At least KC isn't just taking our guys, they just took a Tennessee commit in the 6th.

On the heels of Ferguson drafted in the 5th. So that's 2 second basemen they lose

At this point the guys to watch are...
Devin Fontenot
Gavin Dugas
Gio DiGiacomo
AJ Labas
Jason Bollman
Paul Gervase
Luke Leto
Josh Pearson
We know Cale Lansville is coming, which is excellent news. We also know we're losing Kudma and Selvidge and the two catchers.
On the whole we're running to plan or maybe even a little ahead of it. Things could get really fun if there's no more damage, and as of right now the bonus money is starting to get thin enough that with the NIL it really doesn't make a lot of sense to pass up a chance to play at LSU.
But those are the names to pay attention to front this point forward.

Is Lansville a potential weekend starter? PerfectGame seems to think so. Says he hits 94 with the fastball with a great curve and real potential with the change-up.
Also read he has really added velo consistently and it would be reasonable to expect it could get higher and sit around his current peak of 94.

Cale Lansville is a 2021 RHP/MIF with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Centennial, CO who attends Thunder Ridge. Strong and compact athletic build, especially strong in the lower half. Simple side step/turn and throw delivery, very compact arm action going to a high 3/4's arm slot, has a fast arm, steady slow paced mechanics, hides the ball very well and creates deception. Fastball topped out at 94 mph, gets nice running life at times and velocity plays up. Tight power curveball with downer bite, has a very consistent feel for his curveball and tunnels it well. Cut a fastball or change up at 86 mph that can be further developed. Created lots of uncomfortable swings mixing pitches and attacking the lower part of the zone. Very good student, verbal commitment to Louisiana State. Named to play in the Perfect Game All-American Classic.

EASY UPPER 80S TO LOW 90S AND CAN REALLY PITCH. HUGE OUTING AT THE PG NATIONAL WITH A FASTBALL THAT TOUCHED 94 AND A CURVEBALL THAT CAN RIVAL ANY BREAKING PITCH IN THE CLASS.

Need Dugas and Fontenot to get picked up with cash strapped teams.
