Many people said it was lame and weird. Of course those people were bashed on this board for saying anything even remotely negative about BK.

he wasnt trying to have an accent . you dont change a single word in a sentence and thats it. it just came out weird . that shite was so fricking annoying

Screw BK but yeah that whole thing was ridiculous. Yet another example of the media blowing random shite out of proportion to attack LSU, which seems to happen at an unnecessarily high rate compared to other institutions. Those retarded, liberal Yankee elitists probably think everyone in Louisiana talks like characters from Gone With the Wind.

I thought it was wild the amount of media that picked up on that, and to be fair BK went along with it and never tried to defend himself. But most people don’t realize that it was just his Boston accent. The accent can be very similar to some Louisiana accents.

Who defended that? Never liked the hire in the first place. But i figured if Miles and O could win a championship here then surely he could! He is a very unlikeable coach with an attitude that rubs people the wrong way. That doenst fit anywhere in college sports from the fans to the players. Thank god we got rid of that dude before he did anymore damage than he did.

There was no defending it because it was unnecessarily stupid. It was more just saying it didn’t matter. And if he had continued on the momentum from 22 and had consistent success, it would have become a complete non-issue. It and the stupid dance booth kept coming up because he kept making mistakes and missing opportunities.
