Are all athletes still allowed to transfer without sitting out a year? I thought that was just a free pass for the Chinese virus year. If so then NCAAF will just turn into the wild west with people hiring analysts that do nothing but contact and recruit players at other schools in positions of need. If there is any truth to him just being butt hurt over Stingley getting deals and him not then go cry somewhere else. Life is not fair.

This rule will be the demise of college football and all college sports in general as we know it. When this idiotic transfer rule is realized by all players in conjunction with the NIL. Donors will soon realize they can buy a playoff team. Only the richest will compete for Natl titles in every sport.

Imagine this and it will show you that the idea wasn’t all that bad to let o finish the season.
Corey Raymond is named interim, we pull off the Arkansas ,Alabama,auburn and Aggie games. All of which were possible.
Corey Raymond would be looking very impressive to the media and to president Tate if that happened.
The players would push for Raymond to get the job in this situation, the players always want the interim if he wins and is likeable . The media and possibly Tate would want an explanation for not hiring him as head coach, they would have an argument too if those games were won. Media would start wondering if it’s because he’s black.
Negative Recruiting would commence and the parents and coaches of high school players may think were racist.
This is hypothetical but I don’t think it’s crazy to believe that woody didn’t want to be pressured into hiring an interim if he won, black or white , but black would pose even more pressure

I don’t think he would be immediately eligible unless he graduated already or unless the coach left.
He may be able to play immediately because orgeron wasn’t technically fired

Great player, but if LSU can afford a loss, it's in the secondary. Flott, Ward and McGlothern have played great since we changed our defensive approach.

I tried to tell everyone this transfer portal/NIL crap would finish off CFB.
2019 will forever be known as the last "real" season in CFB. Glad LSU did something historic.
