Where does he wish to play? Send him to THAT camp or camps of similar schools. If he is good enough, someone will sign him...find a school that allows his skillset to translate in college. If he is in an air raid offense at his high school, look at those schools...etc. Give him the greatest chance to be successful in college. Finally, let HIM choose his path...He's got this...BTW, Joe Burrow was a 1A QB...

kind of feel sorry for Arch in a way.
honestly I do too. He has all this hype to live up to bc of his family name. I can’t imagine the pressure he’s under If he busts he won’t ever hear the end of it.

He doesn't do the camp circuit (yet)

Doesn’t mean he doesn’t play 7v7. My son’s HS team has two built in 7v7 opponents all summer…they play them both every week. My son might be playing WR right now.

No idea if he is SEC caliber or not, but the camps is where the name really gets out.

With the transfer portal now, it is not the worst to start at a smaller school and move up.

Not really about my son..

These are Arch mannings stats and he doesn't camp.

I think Arch can be a solid QB in college and still won’t live up to the hype unfortunately. Going to a place like Texas isn’t going to make it easier.

It's absurd what those people are doing to him.

this.

Josh Preston has to miss covering and filming a lot of good games because Maxpreps.com pays him to film every game for Arch. They think Arch is generating more clicks which is what it's all about for them

You are 100% correct. I posted what I saw last year in the playoffs when Newman played Lafayette Christian. Manning was terrible and I don’t mean a little bit.

He threw for 8 of 17 for 51 yards and an Interception. He directed the Newman offense for 151 yards total. He was confused, slow, and inaccurate all night.
LCA beat Newman 49-7.

well it is a team sport

He's been at the manning passing academy since he could hold a football.

Remember Kyle trask at UF? I think Mullen went to go see another kid at his school and saw trask the rest is history. I know that’s a rare scenario fwiw

Trask was a freshman at Florida two years before Mullen was hired. Maybe your thinking of Fitzgerald at State.

Wanna think that thru?
Let me be more clear, ge won't throw or camp.outside of his hs or family cuddled camps.

Top players freaking play...all day every day. If they are good enough, they get invited and show up to compete at camps like the Elite 11, etc

Im.ok with all.of that. But there is ZERO reason he should be listed as #1 recruit in all positions in America.

It's the worst ranked player since all.of this has started.

He can't dominate at 2A defense, And won't showcase his talent against top defenders with top recievers at camps.

Wonder why....hmmmmmm

Ewers will be starter, and Manning will transfer out or not go there at all

I think measurables and camp performance will be much more important than his on the field performance at a small school. That and being part of the AAU style 7x7 teams.

Myles Brennan went to a very small school in Mississippi. He had over 16,000 yards of offense as quarterback.

So, there’s that…

I'm sure SEC schools have a "don't call us, we'll call you" policy, but good luck to your son.

Only played 3 years too. Had ~450 yds rushing his sophomore season.

Agreed. Board thinks bad things when you point out a kid is rated way way too high, which makes it seem he's he's huge in-state miss.
But him being ranked #1 recruit in all of America is atrocious.
