Last year he played decently well vs. LSU and he didn't have a single rushing yard.

With our horrible defense last season, we couldn't get any pressure on him.

That won't be the case this time. I hope we come after him early and often.

The OP is definitely of the opinion that every black QB is a "running" QB

what's really bad is he said he watched the game, if he did and he's still worried about the qb run, well .....

Last year several QBs looked good against LSU.

UF QB vs. LSU's LB core. Perkins and the Georgia Boys finna eat.
I'm calling 6 sacks, 2 INTs.

LSU 27 - UF 10.

He looked pretty accurate against LSU last year and threw on one leg without his running ability.

We struggled to score 23 on La Tech! What makes you think we can score over 30 on a SEC level defense?

It’s like saying Jamarcus Russell could run

59 carries for a total of 112 yards in 2 years…yea, not letting him run is the key

Yes, same with Rohan - took folks two years to figure out he was a pass first QB.

UGA only scored 28 on Austin Peay. Do you think they’re not capable of putting up more against a SEC team? It’s almost as if teams vary week to week in college football.

“Kelly has never won a season opener at LSU!! You expect him to win AT Clemson?!?!??”

Transitive property and all that.

Take away the QB's runs and he is not a very accurate passer either. I see it close early but LSU wins handily.

Lagway is much more of a passer who uses mobility to keep plays alive than a true dual threat. He’s also coming off a leg injury that caused him to miss the entire Spring, Summer workouts and a chunk of Fall Camp. I doubt he’s going to be running by design much.

Hopefully he has to because that pass rush is after his arse all game.

He won’t be throwing against Stamps or last year’s Safeties this Saturday.
