Put him on the Steelers, pats,

he doesn't fit either team

he could be a goaline back for the pats but he wouldn't "tear it up" in that role. he's not versatile enough to play as their primary guy

and the steelers' offense requires a lot of vision and patience as a runner, and LF has neither

I agree with your assessment of his vision, but I find it hard to believe that Belichick wouldn't find a way to use him

He's a good receiving RB.

Just needs to get his head straight I guess.

he's not the stone hands that he was made out to be during the draft, but he's not a good receiving back. he can't run routes well and is a "good receiving back" for a 90s NFL offense. "good receiving backs" today can play WR

I afree there is probably a lot of me shite going on.....that team is ansinking ship. Coughlin is basically 80. Hes lostbyhe team and many decisions, mostly coughlins, have depleted the organization.
Hes making excuses and examples of players in a last attempt to save his own arse.

That being said, fournette needs to better handle himself. Hes not helping

fournette wasn't anything special last year and certainly wasn't "the only reason" for anything. plenty of RBs could have done what he did
this

I was slow to come around to the diminished value of a running back in the NFL, with rare exception they are all pretty interchangeable

yeah that D last year was way above replacement and had an outlier number of turnovers and TDs. the D is why the team won

now, their fall this year was an even bigger shock than their insane peak last year, but that's due to having so many divas

it was a risky construction that got too good, too quickly and now it's legitimately melting (which is ironic given the coach/GM combo)

I don't feel like getting in a argument over semantics so I'll just say I agree with you

He'll have to work his arse off and stay healthy. IMO he has a lot to prove at that level.

Unless all faith has been broken in Jax, this may just be a ploy by Coughlin to send him a message. It's hard to see the wisdom in such a tactic but Coughlin is a hard arse.

That's what happens when you have the kind of attitude that sits out of bowl games.
They said he is selfish and they are sick of it. Pretty soon the NFL will start catching on to these type players and grading them accordingly.

I doubt it, there will always be a GM or coach that sees athletic ability and think that they can rehabilitate the attitude

Fournette is the most overrated player in the history of LSU football.

It sounds like Jacksonville is a toxic environment

I won’t comment on LF7 until I see what he can do in a better organization. With the Browns on the rise JAX is looking to be the new Cleveland

As they should. He's an average NFL running back. You don't take those that early. Great athlete but always was biggest, fastest, strongest.

The jags made their bed when they backed Bortles. The bad decisions that followed are all a result of that.

I’m not sure there’s a back in the league that would have success in offense with a banged up oline and zero passing game.

LF def comes off as a “me” guy though. His behavior is magnified because his team sucks. If they were winning he’d be celebrated.

Marrone is a good coach and they will get better. Fournette is a great back, but a childish player and person. I hope he gets better at that.

So you’re all for those overpaid imbiciles acting like circus clowns and not having discipline? Says a lot about your mentality and priorities in life. Typical........

Those overpaid imbiciles need to remember who signs their pay check and that they’re nothing but paid entertainment. The world would keep revolving without the nfl. On the other hand, some of those imbiciles would be ZERO without the nfl. Half of those clowns can’t even speak or write properly.
