Actually, that's a lie. Bama's secondary was awful last year, it just wasn't enough decent passing teams on their schedule to attack it. Bama lost Mack Wilson and Chris Miller to the draft. They lost Anoma to transfer and now Moses to injury. That's 4 of their LBs from their 2 deep last year (3 of them were starters). They also lose 7 of their top 8 tacklers and 4 of their top 5 in sacks.
Bama does reload on defense sure, but that's A LOT of roster turnover including losing coaches on that side. The fact is Bama will be more vulnerable on defense than in a long time, and this comes right on time for LSU to have their best offense since 2007. Also this should be our best defense since 2011 clashing with their best offense ever. Losing that 5 star incoming RB also means they can't afford any injury to Najee Harris

Who TF cares about what game/team we, the insignificant fans, focus on? I can start looking ahead to Texas 2020 if I want to and it won't change a thing that happens on the field this year.
