You really could've saved a lot of typing by just saying, "I hate women and I don't think they should play sports". That way, you wouldn't have to keep commenting FOUR PAGES into a topic, about a sport that you claim to not care about.

I do care in the sense that I am interested in why people like it even tho the level is very low. and I have concluded, and I stated, its to do with lesbians and old people.
so to clarify, its not the sport itself I am interested in. its the motivation of the fans. the sport itself is a real snoozer and slow, plodding, bad fundamentals, bad skills, and low athleticism. but old people lose their cognitive ability and find the mens game too fast. so they are watch women and they can keep up better.
some claim they simply like anything LSU. that's not true, there are plenty of LSU sports with basically zero attendance. even decent sports with hot chicks like volleyball. I went to a game in the PMAC it was basically empty.

Well, if you’re trying to compare LSU WBB to men’s BB then I’d say watching basket weaving is FUN compared to LSU men’s basketball the past few years.

Old people"? So all those students shown on tv, more so when seen in person, who are screaming & jumping up & down in the student section, are fakes? Aren't representative of the student body itself? Ever seen, on tv or in person, where the students are in long lines outside the PMAC, waiting to get in? Ever been to a girls game at the PMAC? Thought so.

I am interested in the answer here as well.
I don’t care if you like women’s basketball or not, but I am curious as to why people like it. I think it’s great the girls here have a great following and great crowds.

That’s a good reason, and why I’ll pay attention enough to know how their season is going and want them to win, but I can’t sit down and watch it b/c it’s a horrible product.
I can watch softball, on mute, and I can watch gymnastics and volleyball, but I’ll never watch another women's basketball game, just like I’d never watch a women’s soccer game. The lack of athleticism and skill is just too much for me to bare in those two sports. Both basketball and soccer are played the same as men, and the women are just terrible at it, I don’t care what you say, in comparison they are terrible. But for something like softball, it’s a different game with different strategies and skills than baseball, and I can appreciate that and enjoy it.

I love college basketball, weather it’s the women or the men. Everyone has their likes and dislikes.

why would playing below the rim require any more team work or fundamentals than above the rim play?
this is the flaw in thinking I keep describing. people always claim the women are so fundamentally sound, but they are not. they are worse than men at fundamentals.

exactly, I am happy for them, I am just curious about why people watch a terrible product. I have been advancing two theories. lesbians and old people, where old people like a slower game they can understand.

women use a smaller ball that goes through the hoop easier and do not face 6'9 defenders.
a fairer comparison would be free throw percentage, which I believe the men are better, even with the larger ball. I asked the AI and its said the men are better at 76 to 74 precent. AI is sometimes wrong tho.
