Skyler Green caught the touchdown in the end zone to beat Georgia. Loudest game I’ve ever been to. It was like the fans in Tiger Stadium willed our team to victory. Unreal!
This!!! I was a freshman. Will never forget the stadium chanting “LSU” after that UGA TD. You could feel the energy in the stadium.

2003 OU because I never thought it would happen and I was there.

Most underrated moment in LSU history.

Last year. There was no doubt.
2003/4 was amazing but the way the media pumped usc as co national champion definitely took a little of the shine off for me. I will say that ride was maybe the most fun though as it was all new. Kinda like how winning the 2001 sec title against Tennessee was probably my favorite game even though it meant less.
2007/8 was just kinda gimmicky with all the shite that happened to get us there.
Last year was so unbelievably satisfying going through everyone like a buzz saw.

2003 was pretty special. More than a few grown men including me teared up after the win. I was 40 and wondered if I was ever going to see my Tigers win a NC.
Having said that there will never be a greater season or NC than 2019.

03 after suffering through the 90s as a kid in tiger stadium

2019 because it was just a great season and the only time in my LSU fan life that I went into every game that season knowing without a doubt LSU was going to find a way to win it.
I also enjoyed the fact that it seemed almost all LSU fans realized what we were witnessing and everyone just enjoyed the moment. That is very rare in sports period.

As someone who was at the last 3 , 03 was clearly the best. It was the cumulation of 30 years of often frustrating football for Tiger fans. And I was there for most of those games.

2019 bc it was perfect..
Perfect season, swept awards, beat nearly every top10 team, won the natty in Louisiana

2003. I was 23, and spent my college years from watching the 98 and 99 debacles to winning the SEC in 2001.
2003 was unreal.
There was just something more exciting about the BCS. All the formulas, the rankings, strength of schedule, margin of victory, etc.. and the AP whining and complaining.

Aesthetically it was 2019. How could it not be!
The most satisfying was 2003. Oklahoma was one of the bluebloods; they had the Heisman and all of the hype; and they were favored. It was also a close enough game on the scoreboard to have real drama at the end. And we won suddenly - on that fourth down sack on which it took about three minutes for Lionel Turner to close the 15 yard gap to the QB.
I knew we won when he hit him - everyone knew - but I had to keep telling myself. I had been waiting for it since I started listening to LSU games on the radio in 1967, and I could not believe it had come to pass.

2003. Like so many others, I'd seen a lot of mediocre and bad LSU football through the years. To me, LSU winning a national championship was an unobtainable dream. When the clock counted down to 00:00 against OU, I had tears in my eyes. It was glorious.

2003- I was too young to remember LSU being “bad”.... I remember the final punt felt like it took three years to hit the ground.
Punt? It’s been a long time since I’ve seen the ending, but I don’t remember punting. After Turner sacked Josh H I thought we ran out the clock?

No, a punt ended the game. And yes it took forever to land.

I just watched 2007
I really can’t tell you; and that’s weird because I have a favorite play of all time. (Earthquake). . If I had to choose, I’d say 2019 because I got to watch my son watch and he just yelled “ joe burrow” all game

For me, 2019 and it isn’t close.
This because for me 2019 was the most complete LSU team I have ever seen. That team was head and shoulders above everyone they played. It was as close to perfection as you could ever see.

This is a real Sophie’s choice. I dunno but I enjoyed A&M getting left out this year just as much as our National titles lol

I have been fortunate to attend all 4 in New Orleans and last years Natty was by far the best. With all the personal awards and going undefeated it was a very special year. One that I hope we get to see again.

Im 33 and 03 will always be my favorite. It’s the first, but 2019 was special.
