Looking back at the box scores, it looks like in both games tech had 5+ run leads when they pulled their starter and then their bullpen just blew their load. I'm assuming those were young guys who the moment was just too big for. I wouldn't read anything into midweek games.

One of those games was a weekend game. It was just pushed to Monday instead of being played Sunday. They pushed all the games that weekend back a day, so the weekend games went Saturday-Monday.

How does this make me sound dumb? They literally have the number 2 team in the country going to fricking RUSTON. LSU will probably also be the only ranked team they play this year unless ULL or some other no name team makes a run. But yea, I'm dumb

Tech was cruising in the first game. Everyone wanted Paul fired. Then Tech pulled their starter and brought in back to back guys that threw 80...no really...and LSU exploded for a ton of runs. With the starter, LSU honestly didn't do anything.

Last year they had a home series against number 1 Arkansas and should have won 2 out of 3 but lost one on an error late in one of the games. Does Tech want to beat LSU? Absolutely why wouldn’t they. But to act like nothing bigger than LSU has ever played a game in Ruston shows how out of touch you are with not only with LA Tech but also this particular game.

LSU is a proud baseball program. I'd say the best program since 1990.
Yet, this from so many "die hard college baseball fans" pops up every season. Has to be one of two things:
1- Just good old fashioned trolling.
2- Supposed college baseball fan truly doesn't understand the game and rotations.
