O was in Haden’s ear from the moment he got there the same way he was in Alleva’s.
He just didn’t have the L.A. talk radio mafia on his payroll the way he had LA’s.
I mean this is going to be a fun season but the deification of this guy with some of you is straight up cultish.

At times, yes. This is big business. O has to be held accountable.

Yeah this is hilarious.
He was so angry at how they mistreated Kiffin that he stayed on and heavily lobbied for the permanent job.

I'd bet he was so mad he couldn't see straight.

I wouldn't worry about USCw or anyone until O makes a run in the CFP and lifts the trophy like Saban or Miles before him.

And would he listen to them?
You think any coach wouldn’t parlay that into an opportunity for an extension and pay raise at their current job?

Moron. Yes you are sir...

So what!?
That's what! LOL!

Would USCw make a run at CEO?
for 32 of his 36 year career, no ad thought enough of O's coaching to offer him a coordinator's position let alone a HC position.

but it may be time to open the check book to keep him here.
why would lsu bid against themselves?
quote:
Right now his salary vis a vis his position and accomplishments here at LSU are a bit of a slap in the face
what accomplishments? he hasnt even had a season with less than 3 losses.

He should be monetarily compensated the way an LSU HC is supposed to be compensated
coaches are compensated on their past achievements.

You really start a lot of very weird threads.

If he doesn't have any hardware and he tries to leverage a USC offer against LSU, Woodward will tell him not to let the door hit him where the good Lord split him.

Think about the environment. Earthquakes, wildfires, 4 hour traffic jams, 80 mph commutes, concrete jungles for miles. No wonder here why prospects are leaving for Oregon, Washington, etc.

Something tells me you've either never been to the West Coast or you don't know much of anything about California, Oregon and Washington.

The only way this could happen is if USC kept Lynn Swann at AD, but his seat was hot enough to desperation hire a fan favorite. Also, Orgeron would never take that job unless his seat was hot enough that he believed he'd be fired at the end of the season. None of those factors seem very likely at this point.

coach O is at his dream job and is at home. he wouldn't leave unless fired.
Posted on 9/3/19 at 6:56 am to Jim Rockford
He’s not voluntarily leaving LSU for any job.
