Annoyance. We new they had to raise funds at some point. Hindsight is 20/20 so many people kicking themself in the arse for not selling over $6 and buying back in. But to avoid a wash sell you'd have to wait 30 days. I think it'll be back in 30 days or at least enough to negate the risk of a wash sell.

From here on out I’ll stick to just trying to add to my position sporadically.
I’m more pissed I never got around to selling off more of my bitcoin etf to free up cash for rainy days like this

Dilution from share offering to raise funds to start build out and get financing. Knew it was coming, just not when.
Just added 5003 shares at $4.25.

Yup, I got fricking smoked trying to tax loss harvest. Sold all of my 4k shares at $2.88 so of course the damn thing shot straight up after that. If it comes back to where I sold I'll jump back in but damn did I time that poorly after holding for years.
Did some tax loss harvesting on a few others as well...MRNA, VTGN, ICLN...and of course those took off as well. Sigh.

Just harvested a small loss and added another 1,030 shares of SLI at $4.09. Puts me at 11,320 shares. Raised my avg to $3.49.
Time to go play 18 and drink some cold beer. Not think about SLI.

Never a bad idea to take some profits when you can. If nothing else this stock has shown it will give you opportunities to buy back in.
