Wow, I can't cope with my little detective stories.
To much leisure in my Easter holidays.

This was a lot more fun when we were setting new ATHs every day.

I am hopeful that the price stays low through next week. I have some cash coming in and want to then move it to my Roth in time to purchase on the lower end.

We are definitely in a lull. No news coming out.

Either they know that what is coming is going to drive it way up and aren't worried, or things aren't going well and they don't have anything to report.

Getting dangerously close to dropping below $4/share.

I'm not buying anymore, for what it's worth, so I'm not taking the low price as good news.

What single piece of news would you be most happy with (aside from a contract for 1000s of tons)?

For me, it would be an agreement to create a joint project with the US Military to study graphene use cases. I think that would indicate what is to come, and that the government is interested in buying.

More so than NASDAQ or the gas line.

Maybe I'm an outlier here so please be gentle but I don't really like a company that makes daily announcements. Sure, I want to hear updates but daily or even every week can be overkill and can lead to some BS news.

Oh, I'm with you on this one. I don't want the company to spend their time trying to figure out how to release information to keep the stock price up.

If you do that, you end up becoming less believable as time goes on.

BTW - the $4 threshold is only one of the criteria. They can drop below $4 and still get listed, if they have $5M in stockholders equity and have a $50M market value.

That KB is being replaced by a person with legit senior-level experience turning a differentiated materials/chemicals technology into scalable production and aggressively growing/repeatable revenue.

I am about here. I just don’t see huge contracts coming before the shorters destroy this stock. It’s basically a meme stock at this point

The leadership team has no strategy to offset this apparently and in the mean time the stock has lost 50% of its value or ~1.4b!!

Hopefully the patents will insure that the stock remains of value. Hopefully in the $10 range

Also Kevin B sure has been quiet lately relative to the actual stock performance. The only posts he is making are related to use cases that don’t have any immediate prospects to turn to revenue in the near term

I am really trying to be patient with her but it’s waning for a lot of stock holders.

Yep, it’s fading every single day regardless of market trends.

I’m not losing all my profit.

I’m not at break even yet but it’s close. I’m not really wanting to go in the red on this with no end in sight.

What if Management -

is currently having to deal unsolicited buyout offers. This is a time consuming dance that has to be carefully performed, so not to create enemies or divulge sensitive information?

is already early negotiations with large/complex contracts with BIG players?

is timing infrastructure projects and sales contract news with NASDAQ listing to create an explosive and ballistic surge onto the market.

asked KB (significant share holder) to play ball with their strategies and keep a lowered profile?

is carefully reviewing, possibly changing, their financial systems and reporting to guarantee no problems with IRS and NASDAQ compliance?

Just food for thought.

I find the strength of their products, technology and patents, along with GEIC, EPA and EU approvals, a Royal Straight.

If my opinions are incorrect the only other possibility, for moving dates and minimal news, is gross incompetence across multiple fronts!

I dont like seeing the stock down, but in the end, it doesn't matter if the shorters knock the price down. If HGRAF gets customer deals inked, the stock will go back up accordingly.

Low stock price may make a buyout more attractive. Maybe a change in senior management. It can lead to a lot of things that can drive the price back up, but if the product is good, it will succeed eventually. Shareholders and customers are gonna want graphene to go to market.

I have already brought up the big contracts point. If senior management sums uninterested by opening up the HQ, it could be because they have a couple of big fish on the line and have to figure out how they are going to fill a couple of big orders.

Remember, they have no production and a 5000t order would probably be more than they can fill with the current facility completely built out. They would probably have to open multiple facilities to fill that kind of demand.

They have to finance it all, acquire land, sign contracts to build hyperions, and get enough acetylene. That could be taking all of their attention at the moment.

Opening an HQ is secondary.

It could be the buyout thing or just a group of investors teaming up to replace KB.

Your post just confirms my thinking of they we not prepared to play in the big leagues. I was kicking myself for selling right after the peak. I think I am forgiving myself.

I hope the succeed and prosper and I am still watching....

Don't torture yourself. We all thought the pending HQ opening, gas contract, and new contracts were going to be eminent, and the price could keep going up.

The key to selling at the peak is identifying the peak...
