I’ve spent the day debating whether this is a quick correction, a multi day correction until J-POW speaks Wednesday, or the impending doom everyone has been saying is coming.

The stocks I’ve been in have corrected themselves so many times they’re pretty much out of erasers. I think there are too many traders to hit the doom and gloom button just yet.

Probably so. I pulled a decent bit out. I’m gonna watch from the sidelines the rest of today and tomorrow and probably most of Wednesday depending how things go.

I just looked at several charts that bucked the indices trend for the day. My thought is that people were still buying these on a down day. So, more upside could be in store for these tickers.
Not all actually closed higher. But they all trended up throughout the day while the herd (S&P, NASDAQ) trended down until recovering during power hour.
Here’s a small list.

Interesting. That’s one that I’ve followed (and traded options on) for several years. Always did well with it. Just had some short puts expire Friday. Probably sell some more for Oct expiration.

$NAK on watch...she's starting to look like the CEI setup, which is really starting to rip today. NAK could make a move to $1-$1.50 area based on technicals alone.
