This looks like a playoff or Olympic game. This is awesome.

It’s almost better. They don’t fight in the Olympics, and playoffs there’s too much risk to fight. This is awesome.

Olympic game is different as the rink is bigger. More skill than physicality.

Larkin! 2-1 USA!!!

Caught Canada in a bad line change and made them pay.

Anyone that questions this needs to go look at the list of injuries that the guys who play in the Stanley Cup finals have after the season ends. They are playing with broken ribs, torn ligaments, meniscus tears, etc

Gretzky talked about this before the Oilers finally won their first. After they had lost to the Islanders to close out the Isles' dynasty, Gretz said he walked past the NYI dressing room expecting to hear raucous revelry, etc. Instead, Bossy, Trottier, etc were iced down and completely physically broken

Gretzky said he realized at that point that the Oilers hadn't learned how to sacrifice everything in order to win.
