Auburn lost to south Carolina and really did lose to Arkansas as well. Northwestern has more wins than those 2 teams won combined.

Northwestern is a pretty good team. They had OSU on the ropes just couldn’t find enough offense to knock them out.

It's not. The top few teams of the SEC is elite, the rest of the conference is meh. That's my point. But plenty still tout middling teams and discount other conferences only to lose during bowl season

There’s been so much SEC domination of CFB, that teams do get up to play any SEC team. Meanwhile, for the SEC big 6, anything other than the CFB playoff is a failure and you’ll see very little interest.
