I mean the NBA ratings are in the toilet. Not many people in Ohio are paying attention to the Lakers or really anyone else in the league

He made a mistake and instead of admitting a mistake he just went to the mattresses

I love that conservatives manage to make themselves look even dumber than the people that are doing dumb things.

The bar owner says that Basketball players shouldn't ever speak on their opinion. Yet, a bar owner should? Can we get a list of professions that are allowed to have political opinions?

Instead of pointing out how dumb his opinions are you simply want to silence him. You're no better than they are and you lose the culture war.

It's amazing how ate up this board is with every single thing he does. He could tweet the sky is blue and we'd have a 10 page thread bitching about it.

It sure took a long time for this to be a thread for the amount of LeBron obsession here lately .

I’m surprised it took you that long to respond in another Bron Bron criticism thread. Your dedication to climbing the Shine for LeBron leaderboard has not gone unnoticed.

the fact that LeBron actually reads and responds on Twitter is hilarious. What is the point? Why make yourself so divisive and unlikeable instead of just being rich and playing basketball? Is the NBA season really so boring that dudes just want to use their off time Tweeting/Instagramming? I don’t get it

I don’t care about silencing him. His opinions just reveal the main issue at hand, social and MSM. He can say what he wants, but it’s scary how many fanboys treat what he says as gospel.

Look at some of the replies:

“Lebron could probably buy that bar”

“Cops should have used a taser”

It’s all bullshite. Bars around the country already pick and choose what they show. The bar owner can virtue signal, and any publicity is probably good for them. That bar is more known now than ever before.

Lebron doesn’t HAVE to shut up and dribble, but he might be smart if he did...or at least curtailed his activities on twitter.

He comes off looking like a petulant child. At some point, he’s lost fans, and people get tired of hearing about him in general. I think the number of those people are fewer and far between for players like Jordan, Kobe, etc.

The bar owner didn’t give an opinion. They simply told Ledumbass to shut the frick up.

Yes. Yes, it is. Nothing in professional sports is less compelling than a n early season NBA game. There's maybe one dude trying to get his numbers while the rest are just watching the clock so they can adjourn to the club. Couple that with the horrendous music blared throughout the arena and it is just a terrible fan experience.

LeBron is a clown but this, "shut up and dribble" narrative isn't going to work. These people are human and can have opinions, even ones that aren't the same as us. But, if you're going to put your thoughts and your opinions out there you can't come off like a complete moron. Kap, Lebron, Michael Bennett...

You can if the media covers for you.

It’s because BBall players want so badly to be more than just rich ball players. They actually want us to think they are intelligent just because they are rich.

I don't see how that is any different than every single politician in the country.

Sounds to me like the bar owner told a reporter why they won’t be airing NBA games and a NBA player that lives almost 2300 miles away got asshurt about it when it wouldn’t have even been a blip on the radar of most people with his level of fame and fortune.

When you don't know that you don't know, and others who don't know that they don't know say how brave smart you are for stating these uninformed knee-jerk opinions on everything - you keep doing it, because you are getting affirmation for it.....and so goes Bron-Bron.

He's being enabled for his ignorance and grandstanding and that only strengthens it.

I LOVE how LeFraud could literally care less that he and his minions are literally destroying American professional basketball with their nonsense, the ultimate fall will be massive and glorious
