Rangers GM Chris Young told reporters today that #Rangers SP Jacob deGrom will be held back a day or two after he experienced tightness in his left side in his bullpen session a few days ago.

Young says this is precautionary, but not an ideal start of spring training for deGrom

@kennlandry

Per Rangers’ GM Chris Young, Jacob deGrom felt tightness in his left side in his bullpen session a couple days ago. With the cold weather in Arizona and the field conditions, Texas is holding him back a day or two. CY said it’s just precautionary

DeGrom season has sprung.

I hope the games don't get buried on Apple TV or Amazon.

The impending bankruptcy of Diamond Sports Group, the company that owns Bally's 19 regional sports networks, will not impact fans' ability to watch their favorite teams play, Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred said Wednesday, adding that the sport would pick up streaming in a worst-case scenario.

It's been pretty brutal at the start in college. I guess getting used to it now as I watch every Ark game will help come MLB time.

That tournament at Globe Life was fricking rough they called so damn many both ways. It was actually crazy.

I've been to a few AA games with the pitch clock and it was a non-issue. I can see some veterans having some adjustment pains, but the younger guys are used to it.
