Watching the offense the Spurs and Warriors run and then thinking about the Pelicans, it's hard to not get depressed. Pelicans never get easy layups, everything comes difficultly.

I think I said y'all were going to be the 1 seed, and I can't stand the Rockets. I guess I just forgot that Harden only tries on defense when he gets called out for it all offseason, and they have no leadership on the team. Harden is a top 10 player in the league (was top 5 last year) and showed up out of shape mentally and physically. That's pretty inexcusable IMO.

Nailed it.
I was a huge Harden fan last year because it really seemed like he proved all of the doubters wrong. This year has been a joke. He has nice stats when you ignore the putrid defense and record setting turnovers.

Why should they when they don't have great coaches or players like Curry or Leonard or the offensive schemes?
Pelicans do have potential for future though do to youth of AD... but windows close faster than people realize.
