re: October 11th is the last time Ohio State played a team who’s above .500

I’m not arguing their schedule is good. It isn’t, and there isn’t a thing Ohio State can do about it.
But they’re the only top team that has basically stomped a mudhole in every team they’ve played.
I can’t imagine barely surviving a mighty 4 win South Carolina at home, beating a juggernaut 2 win Arkansas team by 3, or needing a game winning drive against a Penn State team that lost 5 in a row and already fired their HC and lost their starting QB.

That’s totally fair
There’s a chance yall are just so good you never play a close game
But yeah, no one can argue they haven’t done everything within their power to dominate so far

Preseason OSU had #1 and #2 at home and top 15 Illinois and Michigan on the road.

Have you seen A&Ms SEC schedule?
They have zero control over that.
Ohio State voted to add garbage like Rutgers, Maryland, and UCLA to a conference that already had Purdue, Northwestern and Minnesota.
There are legitimately like 10-12 complete arse teams in that conference.

To be fair, the B1G tries to balance schedules based on how a team finished the previous season. That's why Indiana's schedule was a joke last year.
But you aren't necessarily wrong about the extra garbage in that conference since expansion. The fact that Oregon won it on their first try demonstrates how much dead weight 18 teams gives a league.

Osu will have the burden have not being battle tested when things get real in a big playoff game that’s close. Could hurt them who knows

Is this where I laugh at Alabama for losing to a terrible FSU team by 2 TDs after their QB said he was gonna beat that arse, then did?

From a TV standpoint it was brilliant but the on-field product is trash.

Strength of schedule means nothing in the CFP era. In fact, having an easier strength of schedule significantly improves a team’s chances of getting into the playoffs. This isn’t the BCS era anymore.

And USC was by far the most overrated preseason team ever.
This has pretty much been the case for two decades now. They are rivaled only by Miami

Didn't Missouri win the SEC East the first year or two after moving over from the Big12 where they never won anything?

But the SEC cupcake Saturday is egregious
In today’s example of 2 things can be true at once…

And even with that schedule, A&M has played 2 teams above .500 in the same time period.
