Jarvis Landry had a good college career and is now QB for the Renegades.

Didn’t realize that. Probably hasn’t played QB since Jr High. Plays WR in the NFL too.

Yeah, sure, Landry Jones. QB for my favorite team.

I've been drinking, cut me some slack.

Longevity
In 2 weeks nobody will watch anymore.
There’s no championship that can match the hype of the super bowl or the natl championship.
Ultimate killer.
1 month, league gonna fold.

I think you're wrong. Every person on my team at work picked a team to follow (including females), and were super excited for this weekend. A couple guys already bought hats and coffee mugs.

I thought the games today were entertaining as hell. They felt like afternoon American Conference games; might not be perfect football, but still fun to watch.

I'm not sure what some of you expected, but if a Spring football league will ever eventually work, it might as well be this one.

I found them entertaining too.
I didn’t find it entertaining enough to invest time into it for a season. It’ll lose steam fast.
Good for exhibition. I don’t think anything more than that.

Possibly. Everyone went crazy for the AAF here as well but after several weeks people stopped watching and talking about it here

Yep.. including playoffs and didn't watch Super Bowl. I have almost zero interest in the NFL anymore.

Is STL hyped for the BattleHawks? If for no other reason than to stick it to the NFL?

They did sell the most season tickets, but, i haven't heard a buzz. I don't know anyone going.

I have to deal Blackjack with a Blues player, at their Casino Night. Buddy asked me to do, so no XFL for me.

Were the games as blatantly rigged as NFL games are?

Thinking about dipping my toe in this afternoon.

No, and replay booth actually go things correct.

One call, the replay guy almost got suckered into a head to head, but forced himself to continue watching and made the right call.

so far XFL replay>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> NFL replay

The replay isn't just some guy behind the curtains rigging the call. Live shot of the replay booth with full audio and wecsee the replay official talking through the explanation and the call. Nothing to hide.

By doing it this way, even if they get the replay call wrong, you at least get to see the reasoning for the call.

So much better, and quicker.
