Playing NBA basketball on a high ankle sprain is much more difficult than playing QB exclusively in the pocket on a torn MCL.
Also Lebron has been one of the most durable players the NBA has ever seen

NFL players play through ridiculous injuries. Philip Rivers played an AFCCG 5 days after having microfracture surgery to repair a partially torn ACL.
Donovan McNabb broke his ankle on like the 4th play of a game against the Cardinals one year and played every snap of the game.
Alex Mack played in the Super Bowl with a broken leg.
A lot of people on this board will remember Emmitt Smith playing through that separated shoulder.
Brady playing through a torn MCL doesn't surprise me. He is tough as nails.

They replayed that game he got hurt in against the colts on Pluto the other day
Ironically for that AFCCG rivers played on the torn ACL but LDT sat out with an MCL sprain
That was the game he just did this on the sideline after all the shite talking he did after the 06 playoffs and leading up to this game:

That’s just not true at all. I know you can because I did it in high school. Any ability to turn is reduced, but you can def still move around on it.

I'd say doing this at the age of 43 is what makes it so impressive. Dude should be on a beach somewhere relaxing but he's still able to drive his body past his limits and collect rings

I’m not trying to say it doesn’t suck and that it wasn’t impressive
