14) Scott Tenorman Must Die (5x04)
This episode is like one very long filthy joke. Aside from Cartman gluing pubes to his face, the episode really isn't that funny until the punch line, but holy hell its one of the most notorious punch lines ever for a show and one of the greatest plot twists ever. Like "The Red Badge of Gayness", this episode saw a great change to Cartman's character. From this episode forward, Cartman became much more sinister, threatening, and horrifying child. This is the first episode Cartman has really gotten his way for something terrible (its like the Coyote catching the Road Runner) and no parent in their right mind from that day forward would allow their kid anywhere near him.
Best Moment: Do you really need to ask?

13) Margaritaville (13x03)
This is South Park political commentary at its best. The show ridicules us (through Randy) that we have suddenly gotten the impression that the economy is more of a deity that we can't fully understand that can be vengeful since we can never fully understand how it works. Kyle and Stan both provide reason through this episode, by Kyle liquidating the town's debt and Stan finding out the insanity behind the government. Its also interesting to note that this episode took the longest to write out of all of the episodes due to the complexities behind Stan's subplot where he eventually attempts to return the Margaritaville machine to the Treasury. There are so many great moments in this episode that I am glad they took their time writing the episode.
Best Moment: South Park has done this twice, but I believe they made the single greatest and funniest joke possible about the economy and the government's response to it: BAILOUT!

12) It Hits the Fan (5x01)
This episode is just really immature, stupid, and really funny. Its just them saying shite 163 times in various funny ways. Not much to say, but its just a funny episode.
Best Moment: Mr Garrison teaches the Kindergartners how to say shite

Your right on about Scott Tenorman. Besides the punchline, it really isn't that funny. I've always thought it was way overrated. It wouldn't make my top 25. And I know you value everyone's opinion of your list so far. So I don't mind telling you that IMO, the Woodland Critter's Christmas and the Homeless one would be in the bottom 10.

Can't believe I forgot about this one. This episode illustrates how not only can they do the toilet humor but their episodes with a messsage are pretty damn funny as well.
And there is a reason the chicken on the bailout board was my sig pic for a while. I can still watch that clip and laugh.

The Winning Edge is one of my all time favorites. Randy at his best IMO. I also love how it rips on baseball and how it's such a boring sport to play.

The Kyle-Cartman/Jesus-Judas storyline belongs in this summary IMO
Loving your list so far

11) Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset (8x12)
I really hope that Paris Hilton cried after watching this episode. If you are known as the most spoiled rotten whore in America, you should be ashamed of it, and that was the point of this episode. The girls being whores (especially the box set with 40 hits of ecstasy) was great, and Mr. Slave stole the show by shoving Paris Hilton up his arse. The face that someone as fricked up as Mr. Slave can pass judgement upon Paris Hilton really tells you how fricked the parents and kids that look up to her really are. Butters was also particularly hilarious in this episode. I love when Butters is just pleading to his parents not to sell him into slavery to Paris Hilton, and definitely when he starts poking Paris Hilton in the vagina. This episode probably cemented Butters as all in all my favorite character.

10) World Wide Recorder Concert (3x17)
This may seem like an odd one to make it to the top 10, and yes the A-plot is sort of lame, because other than the world crapping its pants, its not really funny. But this episode contains undoubtably my favorite B-plot ever to a South Park ever. So Garrison goes back to Arkansas to confront his father about the history of sexual abuse. You think its going to be a sad episode until you find out that Garrison is haunted by the LACK of sexual molestation when he was a child. Mr. Garrison perceives that because his father never found him attractive enough to have sex with him that he never truly loved him. Garrison's father is the only remotely sane one in this story line, which Mr. Garrison's mother claiming that she would have made him molest him. Garrison does everything from seducing his father to threatening to kill himself. This is also in my opinion probably the most fricked up South Park episode and you have to wonder what sick warped minds the creators have to have in order to come up with a sick plot like this.
Best Moment: Mr. Mackey tries to persuade Garrison Sr. to have sex with his son.

9) With Apologies to Jesse Jackson (11x01)
Like "Margaritaville" did with the economy, this episode did something special and made the best possible joke about Wheel of Fortune. Family Guy did a Wheel of Fortune joke, and it was completely lame a predictable, with Peter just guessing Qs and Zs and then guessing it correctly. This however was extremely clever. Not only was the obvious answer wrong, but there was another answer that was equally as suitable and more hilarious. Its about as clever of a joke as South Park has ever done.
Onto the episode itself, its a great Randy episode where he is constantly verbally assaulted (and nearly physically assaulted) for saying the N-Word on national television. Surprisingly, the NAACP loved the episode since they said it properly conveyed how offensive the word could be. The B-Plot is equally hilarious with Cartman bullying a midget around the entire episode.

8) Tsst (10x07)
Cartman has finally done it by forcing a kid to chop off his own leg, so they call in the TV Nannies to set Cartman straight. Matt and Trey are completely correct that a hell spawn like Cartman would eat these Nannies alive (as one kid who liked Chicken Nuggets LINK) since any time you try to treat Cartman like a rational human being, he will destroy you. Treating Cartman like a dog is really the only way to get to a kid like Cartman, and I am sure the technique will work on any child. In fact I really do think I'll likely use it on my kids. This is also one of the select few celebrities that its obvious Matt and Trey actually admire.
Best Moment: Ceasar taunts Cartman with KFC

I think they did. I remember though that GLAD was pissed about the F Word episode and was thinking they should have responded to the episode like the NAACP did.

7) Bloody Mary (9x14)
As far as fricked up and hilarious Randy episodes are concerned, I rarely hear this one mentioned. Randy gets a DUI and has to go to AA, and they convince him that only through God can Randy overcome his deadly disease. As usual Randy overreacts and hilarity ensues. Eventually Randy becomes "healed" by Virgin Mary arse blood, and stops drinking all together, until he finds out that the Virgin Mary Statue was bleeding out of its vagina instead, which according to the Pope happens all the time. This episode really serves AA and shows how ridiculous it is.
Best Moment: Randy tries to cut in line; Part II
