Never had an issue with it. Use it in Google Chrome. Use it on the Iphone IOS app, and I stream it to my Chromecast.

I had zero problems with Disney+ on 4k Firestick, until last friday I had some buffering issues. I swapped from standard wifi (great connection) to the 5G connection (says signal is pretty weak), that seems to have fixed it.
I sometimes bitch about content, but technically it's been good to go.

I also have HBOMax, the hacked version running on the Firestick. Zero issues. Funny thing, my app is now called HBOMax instead of HBO, and checking the version it says "for FireTV". I don't know if it auto-updated or not to the correct version. I've had little problems with this either, other than I'd like 4k streams. Oh, on some shows, I sometimes get poor resolution early on (like in the "last episode" previews, it looks blocky for a couple seconds, and then resolves).

Unless you are a Disneyphile, go with Prime. Tons of extra channels to subscribe to and the first month or week is always a free trial.

Plus you can just rent movies that aren't covered in your plan.

Netflix seems antiquated to me now apart from some good original programming like Queen's Gambit and some really bad ones...too many to name.

I do have some buffering issues but I have buffering issues on everything since my internet connection is the drizzling poo and the wifi is barely up to handling text messages.

Disney + works better for me than most services. They could use some more content but I think COVID bite them in the butt just as they were getting ready to ramp up production of original content.

That feels like a pretty significant issue, no?

The only issues I've had with it is in the beginning it kept getting hacked, and I would have new profiles with people in CA watching stupid shite on it. It was like every week for the first couple of weeks. That has stopped, and I've had zero issues with playback on FireTv.

We had the same issue until someone on here suggested unplugging the router and modem from the power for 60 seconds, that worked and haven’t had any problems since.

Haven't had an issue with in on either Samsung Smart TV, Roku, Fire Cube. Every now and then I get the ESPN glitch, but they seam to have it figured out where it jumps back 10 seconds.

Sling can be a huge PIA, but holding on for college football season & Hallmark/Lifetime Christmas movies.

Have you tried deleting the app, then reloading?

My issues are with HBO Max. I can’t seem to record anything for non WiFi times. I will record it but when I try to watch on a plane or in car, it gives me a no WiFi error and won’t even get to recorded stuff. Is it not possible with HBO Max? Why even record shite then?

I've had problems with the Firestick and CBS All Access even though it worked fine on my Roku, and now my Prime Video won't update.

There's an issue with the way memory is used by the firestick that fricks up some apps. There are fixes that involve rooting or adding USB memory that I've never gotten around to dealing with. You could get a Cube, it has more built in memory.

I use the app on my firestick frequently without any issues. Maybe try uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

Everyday, another issue. Either I get error messages, stream stalls out, or the app just closes.

I have zero issues with every other streaming service and internet in general. I don’t get it.

Despite the internet working fine and other apps working fine, reboot your modem and router anyway.

It was unusable for me for two weeks and this ended up fixing the issue.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app first and it was no help, but for some reason rebooting the modem/router did it.
