It comes on all the time and so many times I change the channel to it, so it's something on in the background and I can hear that beautiful music

Tonight I tuned in for the planning of the McCluskey murder by Michael. I'm still watching now as he's marrying Apollonia and thinking to myself, "how many times have you seen this movie"?

I remember it being a staple in our household when I was a kid. Yes, Italian and Catholic family. I'm gonna guess and say no less than 60 times start to finish. I'm 49, so once a year+ seems right.

Same age range.
I didn’t see it until like halfway through college. Iirc some friends watching old classic movies.
Also good food and minimal effort sex. Have always watched it whenever since then.

1. As a rabid M/Tv board poster and the ringleader of the framed thread, I’m embarrassed to admit that. I watched it this last year for the first time.

ETA: I’m 41. Just kinda never got around to it, despite being an avid movie watcher. My dad had thousands of illegal movies copied to vhs and it was never one he had. I credit my framed dominance to those other movies he did have recorded.

You and I have similar takes. Watch it.

It will dispel none of the mystique.

It wasn’t like when I watched Citizen Kane and came away “meh.” It was a great experience.

Start to finish probably 15 times or so. Portions of it, too many to count,

You have to watch it. Despite the primitive special effects, Coppola really did a marvelous job with Lucy Mancini's vagina.

I have no clue how many times I've watched it start to finish or just catching parts here and there. I'd say over 100.

At 61 I am guessing parts of it when on 50 times and the full movie 7-8 times.

I'm going to guess 15. They don't make movies like this anymore.
