It was a drill barge that they use in the shallow waters of the delta. The stern was ballast down for the tow.

I definitely believe that's a real possibility for the way next seasons plot will go. I noticed she did not have any back story with a boyfriend this season. It was, in retrospect, glaringly absent.

Were the leases sold or just being turned over so Mtex would cover the bills? The only person in position of ownership was the company holding the notes. That was the cartel. He simply agreed to honor the deal made with Cooper. Nothing more. Mtex never really owned them(fraudulent assignment of bills by Cooper in reality) and are not out any money and never were. No contract was ever signed. The cartel didn't cover the bills already and also cut a $44M check to cover them again.
Also, Texas is a right to work state. Anyone can be fired and anyone or a whole shitload of people can decide to leave for any reason whatsoever. There is no recourse for the company and it wouldn't see the light of day in a court. The company would have had to have enforceable non-competes in place. They don't do those for most employees and NEVER do them for field guys.
Finally the house and truck... typically companies allow you to use company vehicle and lodging for 2 weeks if you are let go for any reasons other than theft, drugs, or insubordination. Taking house and truck the day after being fired would be ruthlessly vindictive. They just didn't see things the same way. Cami just thinks they have a difference of opinion but aren't enemies. This may change...
There are no logic holes in the last episode whatsoever.

I have been working O&G for almost 25 years and every firing at that level usually means the person being let go is turning all their shite in right that second and if it has gotten toxic, an escort out with your shite being sent to your house. Vehicles were pulled at the time of firing. That one caught me off guard since Tommy gave no fricks about driving that MTex truck post firing but honestly I doubt Cami cared or knew. It isn't like she had an HR department behind her. I also never saw house arrangements like that but a few apartments where those were cut off immediately as well.
