not gonna argue about the fact hes fugly, but if youve ever been around oilfield trash, there are women who throw themselves at these types

OK. That sounds interesting...

They are like a series version of an 80's action movie. Plot holes abound, iffy dialogue, but hot chicks, badass main character and some action. I like this show better than Yellowstone so far.
And it has more comedy/levity even in fricked up situations.
Ali Larters/Angelas lines and her portrayal of the character are actually funny. She’s hot and has plenty of cringey lines, but with some good humor mixed in. I laugh every time her face and the ringtone sound come up on his phone and he jumps
That’s what makes her way better than the Beth character and helps the show overall.

If tweet fails to load, click here. This popped up on my feed today. Ali Larter has aged like fine wine.

Count me in the group that really enjoys the show. It’s good entertainment and like what many have already said, BBT makes the show. Yea it’s over the top and ridiculous at times but I enjoy it.
The worst part is the dumb cousins knowingly beating the shite out of the GM’s son and not expecting any retaliation.
I have no doubt they are stupid, but to be that stupid is something else.

I think Yellowstone is awful and I like this show.
I do wish they'd back off the Larter stuff especially if it doesn't include diatribes by BBT thrown in. Anyone else and this show probably flops TBH. He (and the writing for that character) carries it. Hamm is good too IMO.

Shes absolutely believable too. If you've ever hung around those types, she nails it.

I agree but have to say Hamm will always be Don Draper to me.
Saying that, he fits this character very well.
His being a bank robbing badass in Baby Driver was a bit disconcerting.

I can’t believe I’m asking for less Ally Larter.
Only want two things of her's to keep on coming up in this show

Coldest line so far
“I’m taking away 30 years of your life and if you ever come back to this place I’ll take the rest”

Just watched the latest episode, the mom and daughter have no purpose other than eye candy...Which is fine. Curious where it goes, only a few episodes left.

Is this season 10 episodes?

No, these are from the first season

Yes- 3 more after tonight. Not much to advance the story besides the son and widow, but it was still pretty good

It seems like all of the episodes have taken place within a couple week time period, which makes me question the loyalty of the widow. Her husband's grave still has soft dirt on top and she's already moved on to someone else, that's some shady business.

When she said ‘I haven’t had a hug since the funeral’, my immediate thought was ‘Wasn’t that just a couple of weeks ago?’
I wonder if we’ve seen the last of the Mexican roughnecks- seems like unless they’re dead, we’ll see them again before the season ends
